Is my CV private? Do you train AI on my data?
Yes, it's private, and no, we don't train models on it. Your CV is sent to the AI for the single generation request you asked for, then deleted from our servers. We don't sell data, share it, or use it to improve any model.
How is this different from just using ChatGPT?
ChatGPT will give you text. This gives you a finished, ATS-readable PDF — with your real structured CV preserved, an inline editor for fine-tuning, and per-job tailoring that doesn't lose your existing roles. You're not retyping your CV every time.
Will the PDF actually pass ATS systems?
Yes. The PDF is text-selectable (not a flattened image), uses standard structural tags, and renders the same way Greenhouse, Workday, and Lever expect. No graphics-heavy templates that get garbled in parsing.
What file formats can I upload?
PDF, Word (.docx), and images (PNG, JPG, WEBP, HEIC) up to 10 MB. A phone photo of a printed CV works too — including straight off an iPhone, which saves as HEIC. Legacy .doc files aren't supported; convert to .docx first.
Can I edit the CV after the AI generates it?
Yes — the editor is the core of the product. Every line is inline-editable, you can add/remove sections, drag in a new photo, rewrite bullets with an AI assist, and re-export the PDF whenever. No regenerate-from-scratch required.
What if the AI fails, or can't read my file?
You don't pay for it. Every credit is reserved before the AI runs and given back automatically on any failure — a model error, a file we couldn't read, a blank page, an export that didn't render. That's not a support policy you have to ask for; it's how the code works, on all five paid actions. If you ever see a credit go missing after something failed, that's a bug and we want to hear about it.
Do I have to pay to download my CV?
Not to try it. Without an account you get a real PDF with a watermark across it — enough to check the AI got your history right, not something to send to an employer. Sign in and your first clean download is free. After that a clean PDF or Word file is one credit, and Pro gives you 20 credits a day.
Do credits expire?
