These terms govern your use of the Service. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have legal authority to enter into these terms.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your Google account secure; if you believe someone else has accessed your account, contact us immediately.
3. Plans and billing
3.1 Free tier
New accounts receive 5 AI credits at signup. These credits do not expire. Free-tier users get full access to the editor, bullet impact scoring, the recruiter heatmap, job-URL auto-fetch, and the ATS score checker.
3.2 Credit packs
Credit packs (from $0.99) are charged once at purchase. Credits never expire. One credit is consumed per AI action — CV generation, tailoring, a cover letter, or an interview-prep set. Failed AI calls are automatically refunded.
3.3 The Job Hunt Pass
The Job Hunt Pass ($14.99) is a single payment and not a subscription. It grants 10 AI actions per day for 30 consecutive days from the moment it is delivered, together with clean downloads, theme customisation and extended version history. It does not renew, it cannot renew automatically, and there is no trial period attached to it. When the 30 days are over, the account returns to the free tier and keeps everything already saved.
3.4 Cancellation
There is nothing to cancel. Neither a credit pack nor a pass renews, so no further charge can be made unless you start a new purchase yourself. If you hold a subscription bought before 2 September 2026, it continues on the terms it was sold under and you can end it at any time from the billing portal linked in your dashboard; we no longer sell subscriptions.
3.5 Price changes
We may change our prices. A change never affects a purchase already made: a credit pack keeps the credits it was bought with, and a pass runs its full term at the price you paid. If you hold a legacy subscription, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before a price change takes effect, and you can end it before the new price applies.
3.6 Taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars. The card is charged in Armenian dram, converted at the Central Bank of Armenia's published rate for the day and fixed at the moment you pay. No tax is added at checkout: the amount shown before you press the button is the amount charged.
4. Refunds
Our refund commitments are set out in the Refund Policy. In short: failed AI calls are refunded automatically, an unused credit pack is refundable within 14 days of purchase, and a pass is refundable for the days it still has left.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to create fraudulent, deceptive, or materially false resumes or applications;
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property, defames any person, or violates any law;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our prompts, models, or proprietary data;
- Resell, white-label, or sublicense the Service without our written consent;
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorisation;
- Submit content that exploits or harms minors;
- Use automated tools to make excessive requests, beyond what our published rate limits allow.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. AI output — honest disclaimer
The Service uses third-party AI to generate, score, and tailor resume content. AI output can be wrong, biased, or stylistically inconsistent. We layer multiple safeguards, including per-bullet validation and deterministic anti-hallucination guards on tailoring, but we cannot guarantee:
- That AI-generated content will pass any specific ATS or recruiter filter;
- That using the Service will result in interviews, offers, or employment;
- That impact scores or heatmap visualisations predict any individual recruiter's actual reaction;
- That AI suggestions accurately reflect industry norms in every region or company.
You are responsible for reviewing AI output before using it in real applications. The Service is a drafting assistant, not an employment outcome.
7. Your content
You own everything you create or upload. By using the Service you grant us a narrow, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely as required to operate the Service for you: rendering your resume, running AI tailoring, generating PDF and DOCX exports.
We do not use your content to train any AI model. Our sub-processors are listed in the Privacy Policy. The AI provider processes your content under their API terms and does not use API inputs to train their consumer models.
8. Our intellectual property
The Service's name, brand, logo, templates, methodology content, code, and product interface are owned by us. You do not get any licence to them beyond using the Service as intended.
9. Service availability
We try hard to keep the Service available but we do not guarantee uptime. We may perform maintenance, change features, or remove features at any time. Material changes that reduce functionality on a paid plan will be announced before they take effect.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We can suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or chargeback abuse. On termination we delete your data according to the retention rules in the Privacy Policy.
11. Warranties and disclaimers
The Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI output will be accurate, suitable, or free of unexpected results.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost employment opportunities, or lost data, even if advised of their possibility.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Service, or content you upload that infringes a third party's rights.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia, and you and we both consent to that jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law provisions of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
